Fred Smith Named Vice Chair of ABA’s Managed Care & Insurance Interest Group

Chicago Healthcare Practice Group partner Fred A. Smith was selected to serve as vice chair of the American Bar Association Health Law Section's Managed Care & Insurance Interest Group. Smith has been an active member of the Health Law Section since 2006. He most recently spoke at the section’s 9th Annual Conference on Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law (February 2008).
The Managed Care & Insurance Interest Group provides attorneys practicing in the managed care area with updates on legislation and trends relevant to the managed care industry.
