Chicago Healthcare Practice Group special counsel David M. Goldhaber was appointed chair of the Chicago Bar Association's (CBA) Health Law Committee for the 2008-2009 term. He has been a CBA member since 1997, and has served as the committee’s legislative liaison (2004-2005) and as vice chair (2007-2008). As chair, Goldhaber will lead the committee in its mission to educate members, provide a public voice on important issues, and collaborate on and foster commentary about draft legislation and proposed changes in state and federal court rules. |
