Biography
Charles P. Murrin manages hundreds of complex asbestos litigation cases involving products liability, market share and conspiracy. In addition to supervising litigation, Mr. Murrin also takes an active role in the litigation of contested matters. He has taken hundreds of depositions and obtained favorable rulings in numerous law and motion matters. Mr. Murrin has begun trial in numerous toxic tort cases and has tried criminal jury cases to verdict while seconded to the Marin County District Attorneys Office.Litigation Matters.
