Geoffrey K. Willis Joins Sedgwick, Augmenting the Firm's Environmental and Land Use Practice

Geoffrey Willis, formerly of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, joined Sedgwick as a partner in the firm's Environmental Group. Mr. Willis, who will be working in Sedgwick's Orange County, California, office, brings more than 17 years of experience in complex environmental litigation and transactional and regulation matters to Sedgwick. He concentrates his practice on matters involving the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"), the National Environmental Policy Act ("NEPA"), the Endangered Species Act, wetlands regulation, the Clean Air Act, CERCLA investigation, remediation and litigation, the California Subdivision Map Act, local zoning and land use requirements, environmental due diligence and environmental audits.
