Sedgwick New Jersey Office Expands With Addition of Two Lateral Partners

Sedgwick is pleased to announce that the firm has further enhanced its New Jersey products liability and trial practice with the addition of two lateral partners: James H. Keale and Thomas D. Robertson.
James H. Keale has spent his career in the defense of products liability, personal injury, commercial and employment liability matters. During his 21 years of legal experience, he has served as trial counsel for various defendants in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Mr. Keale was recently inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is also a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Keale comes to Sedgwick from Newark’s McCarter & English, where he was a partner.
Thomas D. Robertson also comes to Sedgwick from Newark’s McCarter & English, where he was a partner. He concentrates in general litigation and trial practice, with an emphasis on personal injury, products liability and toxic tort matters. Mr. Robertson is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, having received this designation from the New Jersey Supreme Court. He is also designated as a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
