Press Release - London Office Brings On Talented Special Counsel

The law firm Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah Hills has been appointed as Special Counsel in the firm's London office.

"Her wide experience, gained over eight years working in the London and International insurance markets, will add significantly to our domestic and International practices.  There is a wonderful synergy between our practice and what Sarah does, which will be of great value to the firm and its clients."

Hills was previously a senior assistant solicitor at the London firm, Kendall Freeman.  Throughout her career, she has represented insurers, reinsurers, Lloyd's syndicates and members' agents.  Her primary expertise is in handling large insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes, generally in arbitration, but also in the English Commercial Court.  She has advised on coverage and/or handled disputes involving a wide range of subject-matter including environmental and product liability issues.  She also advises on policy wordings, in particular professional indemnity wordings, and has significant experience acting for Bermuda companies.
