Sedgwick LLP's "California Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations" is a handbook and reference guide that provides an overview of the regulations for claims, underwriting and agency personnel. Spearheaded by co-editors Marilyn Klinger, Chair Emeritus of the firm's Construction Practices Group, and Bruce Celebrezze, the head of the firm’s Insurance Practices Group, the handbook was a  collaborative effort involving attorneys from each of Sedgwick's three California offices. Our attorneys also regularly provide seminars and CLEs on the regulations.
