Update on the Reform of Insurance Contract Law

Following on from the issues papers discussed in our last newsletter, the Law Commission and the Scottish Law Commission have now published a joint consultation paper, requesting responses by 16 November 2007. The suggested modifications of the initial proposals relate to pre-contract information in business and consumer insurance.
