Ms. Gold's expertise includes representing clients in shareholder derivative suits, insider trading investigations, securities fraud class actions, administrative actions before government regulatory agencies, and corporate governance disputes involving claims for bad faith, breach of fiduciary duty, and negligence.

Prior to joining Sedgwick, Ms. Gold handled insurance litigation defense and held primary responsibility for evaluating coverage issues, setting accurate and durable reserves, and implementing coverage strategies. She monitored defense counsel in securities litigation, recommended litigation strategies, and assisted defense counsel in settlement negotiations.
