San Francisco Partner Marty Fleisher Elected to Membership in the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers

San Francisco partner Marty Fleisher has been elected to membership in the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL), a professional organization dedicated to promoting the field of commercial finance law through education and legislative reform. ACCFL membership is limited to practicing lawyers, jurists and academics who have achieved preeminence in the field and have made substantial contributions to the promotion of learning and scholarship in commercial finance law through teaching, lecturing or published writings. Commercial finance law includes the law of personal property secured transactions, including the representation of lenders, financial intermediaries, investment bankers and other financial institutions in personal property secured credit transactions, asset securitizations, structured financings, equipment leasing, factoring, project financings, workouts and insolvencies.
