Biography
Wayne B. Mason, an active trial attorney, is called upon to defend national and international clients in diverse litigation matters around the country. He is known as a great communicator with both juries and clients. His "cut-to-the-chase" style has endeared him to many clients who seek straightforward answers to their litigation needs.
Mr. Mason acts as national and regional coordinating counsel. He has significant experience in class action litigation and other complex litigation matters. He also acts as a consultant to corporations in managing litigation and helping to minimize exposures.
Mr. Mason oversees a team of trial attorneys who work together in various specialty areas of practice. He has responsibility for hiring attorneys on a nationwide basis and working with local counsel toward successful resolution of cases. His peers in the legal community have repeatedly named him one of the “the best lawyers in Texas” in an annual survey published by Texas Monthly magazine.

Memberships & Honors
Mr. Mason is a past-president of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) (2007-2008) and a member of its Executive Committee. He serves on the board of directors for the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the Lawyers for Civil Justice (LCJ). Mr. Mason is also a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a member of the American Bar Association and various industry associations.
