Ms. Tucker, who is co-chair of Sedgwick's Drug and Medical Device Practice Group, has extensive experience handling and coordinating mass product and other complex litigation, as well as litigating general product liability and toxic tort matters.
Wendy A. Tucker represents pharmaceutical and medical device companies with an emphasis on the management and defense of mass tort and complex litigation. Ms. Tucker, who is co-chair of Sedgwick's Drug and Medical Device Practice Group, has extensive experience handling and coordinating mass product and other complex litigation, as well as litigating general product liability and toxic tort matters.
Ms. Tucker has considerable experience handling large-scale complex litigation and serving as national, regional and state coordinating defense counsel for major pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. Her experience includes practice before federal and state courts across the country including extensive multi-district litigation. She has successfully litigated large-scale disputes in matters concerning silicone breast implants, over-the-counter and prescription medication, orthopedic devices, and medical or hospital equipment.
Ms. Tucker has also served as coordinating defense counsel for vaccine and breast implant cases in Canada. She has tried multiple cases to verdict in her career, including participating in a key prescription medication case in a statewide coordinated proceeding.

Ms. Tucker is a member and active participant in the Defense Research Institute, Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and the Executive Board of the Litigation Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She is also the firmwide co-chair of Sedgwick's Pro Bono Committee.
