Mr. King is a member of the ABA, and its Tort Trial & Insurance Practice and Litigation Sections.
While at law school, he was a member of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, and received several Witkin Awards for Excellence (Remedies, Mediation, American West - Law, Culture & the Environment), the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Pretrial Practice, the Best Moot Court Brief, and the Best Moot Court Oralist, Honorable Mention.
During his undergraduate studies at the University of York, England (2000) he was nominated for the Royal Historical Society Prize for Undergraduate Dissertations.
