Mrs. Buchanan primarily practices in civil, corporate, general and complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on product liability cases. She also has experience representing major private businesses in both intellectual property and general litigation matters. She has assisted in large breach of contract disputes, insurance litigation, personal injury disputes and copyright infringement disputes. Through her volunteer work, Mrs. Buchanan also has experience in family law matters.

Affiliations, Activities and Accomplishments
Mrs. Buchanan was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2009. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, National Association for Women Lawyers and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Mrs. Buchanan is Chair of the International Rescue Committee of the DBA and on the Steering Committees of the DAYL Leadership Group and Dallas Baylor Alumni Association. She is a volunteer for the Dallas Independent School District and the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
She was the Baylor Law Review Articles Editor and a member of the Moot Court Team (Order of the Barristers) and Mock Trial Team. She was the highest ranking graduate in her class from law school.
