Chicago partner Eric C. Scheiner and associate Jennifer Quinn Broda coauthored an article which appeared in the Professional Liability Underwriting Society's PLUS Journal August 2008 issue. In this article, which is an expansion of an earlier published article in Mealey's Litigation Report by the same name, Scheiner and Broda examine the fallout of the recent credit crunch, and the insurance implications which are only begining to emerge.
