Partner Barry Mesher (SE) has been appointed to the Washington State Bar Association Disciplinary Board for a three year term beginning October 1, 2012.
As a member of the Disciplinary Board, Mr Mesher will review officer recommendations for suspension and disbarment and all other decisions if appealed. The full board also reviews stipulations to suspension or disbarment and any other stipulation if a hearing officer has not yet been appointed to the proceeding. The board also reviews hearing officer decisions and stipulations in disability proceedings.
