Bermuda Hails Ruling in $20m “Finder Fee” Case
January 2012
This article discusses the New York Second Circuit Court of Appeal's ruling in the Tyco v. Walsh case and the successful intervention by the Association of Bermuda International Companies (ABIC). The Royal Gazette article includes a discussion of the importance of the appellate ruling in protecting Bermuda's reputation on corporate governance.
