Biography

Mr. Harrison handles extracontractural and insurance coverage litigation in state and federal courts, and has extensive experience counseling and representing insurers on coverage issues arising under workers' compensation and employers' liability policies. He has also tried employment, product liability and personal injury cases to verdict. Prior to joining Sedgwick, Mr. Harrison was a director at Celebrezze, Harrison & Berg.

Mr. Harrison is the vice chairman of the Insurance Law Committee of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada, and is the California State Liaison for the Workers' Compensation Committee of the Defense Research Institute.
