Sedgwick invites you to join us at our Newark office for a seminar on California insurance claims handling regulations and new California laws for indemnity and mechanic's liens.
Marilyn Klinger and Jonathan Dunn will provide attendees with training in connection with the California Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations and will provide insight into California's new laws regarding indemnity on California construction projects and works of improvement, including mechanic's liens, stop payment notices, and payment bond remedies on construction projects, both public and private. Following the seminar, Sedgwick will host lunch.
