Carrie Knudsen serves as the acting chief financial officer, which includes responsibility for finance, billing and collections, and the Business Center. She previously served as the controller for the firm, and has been with Sedgwick since June 1998. Ms. Knudsen is a certified public accountant.

While at Sedgwick, Ms. Knudsen has been instrumental in developing the firm’s extensive financial and tax reporting structure, budgeting and forecasting, lateral candidate and merger analysis, managing the firm’s financial systems, and creating internal controls.

Ms. Knudsen has served as both president and treasurer on the boards of several nonprofit organizations in her community.
