He has extensive experience with purchase and sale transactions, real property financings, and the development and leasing of industrial and retail projects. Mr. Hurst is also experienced in addressing environmental issues in real estate transactions, and in offering creative and practical solutions to legal issues. Mr. Hurst is a Founding Board Member of the Pacific Club Impact Foundation®, which awards the annual Lott Impact Trophy to the collegiate defensive football player who makes the greatest impact both on and off the football field, and raises money for charities serving America’s youth. Mr. Hurst also serves on the Boards of The Pacific Club and the Newport-Mesa Chapter of National Junior Basketball, on the Steering Committee for the annual Orange County United Way Real Estate Industry fundraising event, and as vice president of his Homeowners Association. He is a former Board Member and Vice-Chair of The Pegasus School, and was a founding Board Member and Treasurer of the Pacific Art Foundation.
