Chicago Seminar II: Coming Attractions: What to Expect in the Appellate Courts, and What to Do (and Not Do) Once You're There
The panel spoke on important new cases from the U.S. Supreme Court and the Illinois Supreme Court that will affect day-to-day practice in the courts as well as significant pending cases on the dockets of both courts.
