Biography
David J. Grycz focuses his practice on the defense of class actions, product liability matters, and other complex litigation. He has represented manufacturers of nutritional products, medical devices, automobiles, and other consumer and industrial products. Mr. Grycz has handled a wide range of pleading and discovery matters in state and federal courts, and recently played an important role in procuring summary judgment in a claim involving serious injuries to an infant. He presently serves as local counsel for a medical device manufacturer in product liability litigation in Illinois.

Mr. Grycz has handled a wide range of pleading and discovery matters in state and federal courts, and recently played an important role in procuring summary judgment in a claim involving serious injuries to an infant. He presently serves as local counsel for a medical device manufacturer in product liability litigation in Illinois.
Mr. Grycz also represents domestic and foreign insurers in an array of complex coverage matters, with an emphasis on professional liability, directors and officers liability, and commercial general liability policies.

Mr. Grycz is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association.
