David Dolendi provides litigation defense, coverage advice, risk analysis and reserve exposure assessment on behalf of international and domestic insurers and reinsurers. His practice addresses first-party property and third-party general liability and professional liability matters.

David has been involved in litigation and defended declaratory judgment actions in state and federal courts across the country on claims involving complex physical property damage, time element exposures, sexual abuse/misconduct, public entity liability, civil rights, toxic tort, asbestos and UM/UIM. David has also represented insurers before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in matters involving policyholder bankruptcies.
David has considerable experience working with the London Insurance Market. He has represented London Market Insurers in declaratory judgment matters, mediations and arbitrations on a wide variety of issues in the United States. David has also assisted London Market Insurers in the drafting of policy language and creating and revising specific endorsements.
