David Sanders oversees all of the firm’s extended human resource functions, including recruitment, training, benefits, compensation and policies. Prior to joining Sedgwick, Mr. Sanders spent 11 years as Heller Ehrman’s chief human resources officer. During that time he managed the successful integration of human resources policies and practices; designed compensation and performance-based incentive systems; developed and implemented firm reorganization plans; and initiated employee retention and recognition programs.
