Biography
Dawn McCord is a trial attorney whose practice is national in scope. She represents companies in many state and federal courts throughout the country in mass tort, class action and multi-district litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, products liability litigation, and catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Ms. McCord’s expertise also extends to commercial and business litigation.

Ms. McCord’s expertise also extends to commercial and business litigation.
Affiliations, Activities and Accomplishments
Ms. McCord is admitted to practice in Texas State Courts (1997), and the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. She serves on the Drug and Medical Device committee of the Defense Research Institute and is a member of the Natural Products Association, Litigation Practice Section of the American Bar Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the Dallas Bar Association. As an active participant in the community, Ms. McCord donates her time as a volunteer for the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program for which she handles pro bono adoption and child support matters.
While in law school, Ms. McCord was a member of the Order of the Coif; Texas Law Review – Articles Editor; The Board of Barristers; The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi; Board of Regents Scholarship; The Legal Research Board; Phi Alpha Delta; Who’s Who Among American Law Students.
