Edward T. Stork specializes in the handling of directors and officers and fidelity bond claims and litigation for insurers, as well as professional errors and omissions claims.

Mr. Stork regularly makes presentations to international and domestic clients regarding these areas of law, and is the author of “Termination of Coverage,” Handling Fidelity Bond Claims Book (Second Edition, 2005), and “Recent Developments in U.S. Fidelity Bond Litigation,” International Insurance Law Review, (January 1994). He supervises investigation and litigation of complex fidelity, directors and officers liability and professional errors and omissions matters.
