Biography
Eliot Harris handles a variety of high-stakes civil and commercial litigation, including environmental and toxic torts, product liability, insurance coverage, business litigation, and various types of catastrophic personal injury. Mr. Harris has extensive experience in all phases of civil litigation including all pre-trial and trial procedures. He represents a variety of businesses from Fortune 500 companies to small local businesses in both Washington and Oregon State and Federal Courts.

Affiliations, Activities and Accomplishments
Mr. Harris was named a “Rising Star” for 2010-2012 by Washington and Politics magazine.
He is admitted to practice in all Washington and Oregon State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Harris served as a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Committee of Law Examiners (2008-2011), and currently serves as a volunteer at the King County Bar Association’s Greenwood Legal Clinc in Seattle, and as co-chair of the American Bar Association, Torts Trial and Insurance Practice Section and the Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee.
