Pharmacogenomics: Personalized Medicine – Risk and Potential Liability for Product Manufacturers

New York partner Eric M. Kraus and Joanne Williams, Counsel, Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., will address members of the New York State Bar Association's (NYSBA) Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section to discuss the evolution of pharmaceutical industry liability in light of the emergence of pharmacogenomics. The presentation is part of the NYSBA's 2008 Annual Meeting (January 28-February 2, 2008).
