Mentoring

Our Mentoring and Professional Development Program teaches the "nuts and bolts" of lawyering, policies and procedures, and provides attorneys with access to support and guidance that facilitates career development.

Training

Sedgwick's Attorney Training Program enhances professional development by teaching the technical aspects of practicing law.  The Program capstone is "Sedgwick's Trial Academy" (also known as "Boot Camp"), a three-day intensive mock trial led by the firm's senior trial attorneys that provides associates with one-on-one training. 

Pro Bono

The firm's Pro Bono Program provides an opportunity for attorneys to practice case management skills while contributing to the overall good of the local community.

Women's Forum

Sedgwick's Women's Forum aids in the career development of our female associates by offering professional development training and promoting networking opportunities for women attorneys.
