Gilbert Lee represents domestic and foreign insurers in a multitude of insurance coverage matters, including commercial general liability, reinsurance and media. His practice includes insurance coverage and complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Prior to joining Sedgwick, Mr. Lee specialized in commercial litigation involving insurance fraud and healthcare matters. Mr. Lee also has extensive experience managing discovery involving issues of corporate formation, finance and operations with respect to complex civil actions filed against corporate entities

He is admitted in New York (2002) and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (2004). He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
During law school, Mr. Lee was an editorial staff member of the Fordham International Law Journal, a member of the Fordham Moot Court's Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Competition Bench Team, a recipient of the Emmet J. McCormack Foundation Prize, and treasurer of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
