Jessika Moon advises domestic and foreign insurers on complex insurance coverage issues, and represents insurers in insurance coverage litigation in state and federal courts. Her practice includes matters involving property and casualty, professional liability and aerospace (including aviation products liability, aircraft liability and hangarkeepers and premises liability) policies.

Prior to joining Sedgwick, Ms. Moon practiced insurance coverage litigation in Chicago at a large international firm. She began her legal career as a judicial clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Memberships & Honors
Ms. Moon serves as the New York Chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee and, in that capacity, leads the New York committee in organizing and participating in diversity-related events and in partnering with local law schools, pipeline organizations and legal organizations in furthering diversity in the legal community and beyond. She is also a member of the Asian-American Affinity Group.
Ms. Moon is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Northern District of Illinois.
