John S. Na focuses his practice on coverage analysis and investigation of financial institution claims, involving fidelity bonds, directors and officers insurance policies and professional liability insurance policies.
John S. Na focuses his practice on coverage analysis and investigation of financial institution claims, involving fidelity bonds, directors and officers insurance policies and professional liability insurance policies.
Mr. Na's experience with insurance coverage includes liability claims, ranging from construction defect to sexual harassment under commercial general liability policies. In addition, Mr. Na has experience with first party claims and has investigated and conducted numerous examinations under oath on behalf of insurers and their special investigation unit.
Mr. Na has also represented insurers in coverage litigation and bad faith litigation matters.
Affiliations, Activities and Accomplishments
Mr. Na is admitted to practice in all of the California state courts (1997) and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California (1997).
He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Southern California Defense Counsel Association.
