Litigation Matters
Mr. Grey practised as a barrister for a number of years in a wide range of litigation areas before concentrating on commercial and professional negligence litigation. Since joining Sedgwick in 1993, he has worked on a number of major disputes involving commercial and insurance issues, including the reported cases of Proudfoot v. Federal and New Hampshire v. Maxwell Communications Corporation.

Mr. Grey is a member of the Bar of England & Wales , and of the Inner Temple . He has contributed articles and material for articles on insurance and reinsurance subjects to the International Insurance Law Review and Insurance Day, and speaks regularly on employment issues as related to insurance.
