Lawrence Klein's practice includes handling diverse litigation matters, including commercial contract and coverage disputes, before state and federal courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels in New York and other jurisdictions around the country.
In addition, Mr. Klein has represented companies ranging in size from small start-ups to multi-national entities in connection with all manner of employment and other labor-related issues and disputes, including claims based on discrimination, wrongful-termination, harassment and breach of contract. He has drafted and negotiated employment contracts, as well as drafted employee manuals and policies.
Mr. Klein has also represented management in union and labor negotiations (including providing advice with respect to strike preparations).
