Biography
Lisa Henderson's practice is focused on insurance coverage, including the preparation of coverage opinions and position letters, as well as coverage and bad faith litigation. Ms. Henderson has extensive experience representing and advising insurance carriers regarding casualty and property coverage, with a particular emphasis on coverage provided to media and entertainment entities. Ms. Henderson also has experience in defending personal injury and commercial litigation cases.

Litigation Matters
Ms. Henderson's litigation experience includes:
- Received defense verdict on behalf of client in an insurance coverage case in which the insured sought reformation of the policy as well as damages and punitive damages for alleged misrepresentations and fraud in the underwriting of the policy.
- Received defense verdict on behalf of insurance carrier client in an arson case.
- First-chaired five jury trials in which the clients received a defense verdict.
- Arbitrated over forty commercial and personal injury cases.
- Successfully mediated coverage, bad faith, commercial and personal injury cases.
- Written and argued numerous summary judgment and discovery motions.
