Biography

Luen Lam, an associate with the firm’s Real Estate & Finance Group, focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, purchase and sale, and finance. Mr. Lam represents landlords and tenants in the drafting, negotiation and enforcement of office and retail leases, buyers and sellers in the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial real property, and borrowers and lenders in the financing of real property.

Affiliations, Activities and Accomplishments

Mr. Lam serves as general counsel and board member for the Asian Business League of San Francisco. In addition, he is a member of the Asian Commercial Professionals, and the Real Property Law Sections for the California State Bar and San Francisco Bar Associations.
