Biography
Luke Johnson’s practice includes insurance and reinsurance litigation for UK, European and US clients as well as all aspects of coverage advice and monitoring. His experience includes providing coverage advice, conducting the defence of insureds on behalf of insurers, defending insurers involved in coverage litigation and reinsurance recovery arbitrations. The main areas of Luke Johnson’s insurance and reinsurance expertise are within the Financial Lines and Property/Casualty Markets.
Luke Johnson has represented clients in the High Courts, Court of Appeal and before the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom. He has also acted on behalf of insurers in mediations, arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution forums.
Luke Johnson is a dual national with American and British citizenships.
