Marilyn Klinger Honored as Recipient of James Acret Award

Marilyn Klinger, head of the Construction Practices Group for Sedgwick, is honored as the winner of the biennial James Acret Award for outstanding achievement in construction law legal writing. The award is especially noteworthy as it is an unsolicited honor from her peers. The Los Angeles County Bar Association will present the award to Marilyn at an annual luncheon ceremony in February 2010.
