Marilyn Klinger Receives the James Acret Award for Outstanding Achievement in Construction Law Legal Writing

Marilyn Klinger, Los Angeles Partner and co-chair of Sedgwick's Construction Practices Group, was honored to win the James Acret Award for outstanding achievement in construction law legal writing. Her award was published by the Recorder. Ms. Klinger is involved in all aspects of construction law on a state and national level. She represents the full spectrum of the construction industry, from owners, contractors, subcontractors, and sureties.
