Affiliations, Activities and Accomplishments
Mr. Groseclose is admitted in California (2009), U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (2009) and U.S. District Court, All Districts of California (2009). Mr. Groseclose is also admitted in Virginia (2011). Mr. Groseclose is an active alumni of Pepperdine and participates in panel discussions on law practice and judges moot court competitions involving law students from all around the United States.At his prior firm, Mr. Groseclose was a member of the firm’s appellate practice, drafting briefs regarding writ relief and civil appeals. He was instrumental in drafting the briefs that resulted in the grant of an emergency Writ of Supersedeaus by the Second District Court of Appeal in favor of the firm's client in a pending litigation matter. Mr. Groseclose participated in a two week bench trial involving real estate and easement issues in 2009. Mr. Groseclose also participated in a two week bench trial involving personal injury claims.
