Biography
For over 20 years, Michael C. Scanlon, Jr. has defended managed care organizations, hospitals, nursing homes, mental health rehabilitation centers and individual health care providers (physicians, dentists, nurses, therapists and counselors) against a wide range of claims, including professional liability, privacy rights, elder abuse, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, peer review, unfair competition, and breach of contract.
For over 20 years, Michael C. Scanlon, Jr. has defended managed care organizations, hospitals, nursing homes, mental health rehabilitation centers and individual health care providers (physicians, dentists, nurses, therapists and counselors) against a wide range of claims, including professional liability, privacy rights, elder abuse, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, peer review, unfair competition, and breach of contract.
Mr. Scanlon also has extensive experience representing public utilities and large scale manufacturers and distributors against product liability, personal injury, asbestos exposure and contract claims.
In addition to trying cases before juries, Mr. Scanlon has represented clients in bench trials, arbitrations and mediations in both state and federal court.
