Mike Pipkin Named Voting Member of the Attorney Council for the Texas Association of Builders

Mike Pipkin has been named a voting member of the Attorney Council for the Texas Association of Builders, the leading homebuilders association in Texas. The Attorney Council consists of those members of the Association engaged in the practice of law, with a primary focus on construction law and/or land use and concerns itself with case law, judicial actions, and legislation that impact the residential construction industry. The council may be called on by the Government Relations Committee, Executive Committee, or the Board of Directors to make specific policy recommendations.
Mike Pipkin heads the Texas Construction Practices Group for Sedgwick.
