Biography
Nina McDonald concentrates her practice on complex commercial and product liability class action litigation on a nationwide basis. Ms. McDonald also represents clients in matters involving construction litigation, including defending and counseling owners, contractors, design professionals and a variety of other clients in all aspects of construction and surety litigation. Additionally, Ms. McDonald defends insurance companies in complex commercial insurance disputes.

Memberships & Awards
Ms. McDonald is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Ms. McDonald was chosen to be a member of the 2009 Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Leadership Class, and was honored with Associate membership of the Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court in 2008. In addition to her private practice, Ms. McDonald works with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program in adoption cases and is an active member of the Dallas Symphony Chorus.
