Rebecca Hull heads the ERISA and employee benefits practice in San Francisco and is a senior member of the labor and employment group. She manages litigation and handles trials for, and provides advice to, national and multinational companies, small businesses and individuals, as well as life, health and disability insurers, self-funded benefit plans, and individual fiduciaries. She has tried cases alleging wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, race, age and gender discrimination and harassment, denial of pension and disability benefits, ERISA fiduciary liability, breach of contract, insurance bad faith and antitrust violations (see International Wood Processors, Inc. v. Power Dry, Inc., 102 F.R.D. 212, 593 F.Supp. 710, 598 F.Supp. 299, 792 F.2d 416).
