November 2007
Sedgwick announced James Keale has assumed the role as the firm's newest office managing partner. Keale, unanimously elected by his fellow New Jersey partners, succeeds Michael Tanenbaum , who has taken over the role of Sedgwick's chairman. "Sedgwick's New Jersey office will continue to thrive under the leadership of Jim Keale; an incredible attorney, mentor and leader," said Tanenbaum.
"I'm proud to lead Sedgwick's New Jersey office and continue our tradition of providing sophisticated solutions to local, national and international clients," said Keale.
Keale specializes his practice in products liability, personal injury and employment liability litigation. He has served as trial counsel for multiple defendants in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York, and defended automotive, construction manufacturers and other corporations against a range of product defect claims.
