Special Counsel Lenore Smith Joins Sedgwick Ft. Lauderdale
Veteran Counselor Strengthens the Firm’s Robust Appellate Practice
JULY 21, 2009, FT. LAUDERDALE – Sedgwick, Detert, Moran and Arnold, LLP is pleased to announce that Lenore Smith has joined the firm’s Appellate group as special counsel in our Fort Lauderdale office. Smith is an AV-rated appellate attorney with 16 years of experience handling state and federal civil appeals in a variety of substantive areas, including product liability, personal injury, immigration, contracts, securities, arbitration, workers’ compensation, trusts and estates, admiralty, medical malpractice, civil conspiracy, real estate and charitable corporations.

Ms. Smith received her B.A. in English from Florida International University (1985) and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law (1989). She is a member of the Florida Bar (1990), and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit (1991) and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (1990).
