Press Release - Sedgwick Compiles Essential Directors & Officers Information in New Deskbook

Sedgwick announced that the American Bar Association has published the second edition of the firm's Directors & Officers Liability Insurance Deskbook. Originally published in 1998, this second volume discusses existing issues, as well as current topics and cases that reflect the dramatic legal changes over the past several years.
