Alex Potts of Sedgwick Chudleigh will deliver a seminar at the Bermuda Bar Association on April 25, 2012. He will discuss recent developments in hedge fund litigation and contentious liquidations over the past 12 months, including case law from the offshore jurisdictions of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, and the Cayman Islands, and its practical consequences for investment funds, directors and officers, liquidators, and fund service providers.
