Sedgwick secured a motion for summary judgment on behalf of our client, an insurer, in a breach of contract and bad faith action. Sedgwick protected our client from plaintiff's claims arising out of a denial of coverage under plaintiff's D&O policy. Furthermore, the order disposes of plaintiff's Section 17200 claim, thereby preventing plaintiff from proceeding with class action type discovery of our client's California insureds.
